Established in 2018, Lauren Robbins Interiors is a residential interior design firm best known for our modern take on traditional design. We work with families across the Southeast and beyond to infuse their history, lifestyle, and identity into their homes. The end result is always the creation of curated spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
Our homebase, the historic Summerville neighborhood of Augusta, GA, features incredible Georgian, Federal and Italianate style homes, rich with architectural dignity and merit. While we developed our design foundation by transforming and preserving these historic homes, we now work with clients across the nation to turn their interior design dreams into timeless realities.
LAUREN ROBBINS
Founder + Lead Designer
Lauren uses her natural eye for design to create spaces that are layered and collected, all while being reflective of her clients. She has an innate knack for spying an incredible vintage piece at a show, for knowing what unexpected touch will give balance and personality to a room, and for envisioning what color or design change will transform a space.
Lauren plays with art, antiques and natural materials to build her signature style: a traditional design with a modern edge that feels deeply personal to the owner. She loves adding personality to a traditional home with sophisticated conversation pieces.
Lauren established Lauren Robbins Interiors in 2018. Her retail shop at Summerville Studio opened in 2021. She calls the historic Summerville neighborhood in Augusta, Georgia home, living just down the road from our studio with her husband and three children.

ELLE JOHNSON
Project Manager
Elle Johnson spent her childhood rearranging furniture and shopping for beautiful antiques and art with her mother. She remembers often coming home from elementary school to a rearranged living room or den and thought it was fresh and fun. Elle has always loved fashion and interior design and finally put her skills to use in Charleston with designer Megan Molten. After 9 years in Charleston and one year in the great state of Colorado she and her husband returned to their hometown of Augusta, Georgia. She and Lauren Robbins connected, and Elle began as LRI Project Manager in April of 2021. In her free time, Elle enjoys spending time with her husband Benton and three young children Milly, Rev, and Lake. You can find them out and about trying new restaurants, traveling, cooking, and entertaining at their home.
HADLEY BORNEMANN
Hadley grew up in Dallas, Texas, the middle of three sisters. She attended the University of Mississippi, where she earned a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in General Business. After graduation, she came to Augusta for what was supposed to be just a summer internship with Wier/Stewart. She quickly fell in love with the city and decided to stay. That led her to Lauren Robbins Interiors, where she now works as an associate on both the Interior Design and Shoppe sides of the business. Hadley loves learning something new every day, exploring Augusta, and meeting new people, and she's thrilled to be part of the LRI team!
ANNA MATTHEWS
Anna Matthews is a Thomson, GA native and a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. After exploring various areas of design throughout her studies, Anna found her passion in residential design, where she can cultivate personal relationships with clients and truly understand the way they live. She believes that getting to know each client on a personal level is essential to creating a home that feels both beautiful and uniquely their own.
Anna joined the LRI team in the summer of 2026, bringing a thoughtful eye for detail and a passion for creating elevated, timeless interiors. She enjoys the process of bringing a client’s vision to life through high-end residential design, from initial concepts and space planning to the details that make a home feel personal and collected. Her background in 3D modeling and rendering allows her to thoughtfully communicate ideas and envision each space throughout the design process. When she’s not designing, Anna enjoys spending time with family and friends and is often planning her next outfit, where she believes it’s always better to be overdressed.
MARY FRANCES MANNING
Senior Designer
Mary Frances Jennings was born and raised in Greensboro, NC. She attended The University of Alabama. Roll Tide! Graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management, she went on to work in the Sports Hospitality Industry for 4 years. Realizing her passion was Interior Design, she attended Meredith College in Raleigh, NC to receive a degree in Interior Design. After working for Augusta National after college, she was itching to return to Augusta, GA. In the Summer of 2021, Lauren Robbins gave her the opportunity to intern for LRI. She is a Senior Designer pushing her creative mind to create beautiful, collected and cohesive homes.
ANNA KATE THURMOND
Junior Designer
Anna Kate, an Athens, GA native, holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The University of Georgia and has long combined a business-minded perspective with a strong passion for architecture. Her time at UGA provided a foundation in design processes while also allowing her to explore architectural concepts through a range of projects. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, she brings both technical expertise and thoughtful precision to her work at LRI. With a client-centered approach, she builds meaningful relationships to better understand each client’s vision, refining spaces into environments that are functional, cohesive, and inviting. Outside of the office, Anna Kate loves spending time with her friends, family, and her sweet dog Bella.
ANNALISE RUCKER
The Shoppe Manager
Annalise was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, and graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies. With a passion for creativity and design, she was drawn to the interior design industry by the opportunity to help others express their personality through their homes. Since joining Lauren Robbins Interiors in 2026, Annalise has enjoyed combining her creative eye with her passion for building meaningful client relationships. Outside of work, Annalise enjoys spending time with family and friends, needlepointing, and spending time with her cat, Peter. She is excited to continue growing within the design industry while helping clients create homes that are welcoming, functional, and uniquely their own.
